I started going to the gym to beat boredom in a new town and to meet new people while I was there. I have done it on and off, sometimes highly dedicated, sometimes not.

How I Stay Motivated:
I need the energy it gives me to keep up with two kids. My husband...always a lover of the female form makes me want to stay fit to keep his eyes from wandering...

Goal (Long):
I avoid scales-too much time in my twenties and teens spent obsessing, taking pills, avoiding all food, and puking, to go there anymore. I just want to know I look good in and out of my clothes, numbers mess with my head too much. I love a booty and I just want mine to be a little smaller and more smooth. I obsess over abs-I LOVE the way my belly feels after 500 crunches!!! I also love a swimmers arms. Shoulders are soooo sexy. I want to accept my body-two babies later, I have no stretch marks, and I know my body can do the most beautiful, amazing work-develop, carry and deliver another healthy human. I won't settle on being a fat stay at home mom though-I am already an older new mom, so I also have to be the sexiest!!!
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
I don't have a secret. I think if you eat healthy food long enough it tastes good-I was raised not being allowed to eat crap-I don't really know the difference

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Kate Winslet-she is really curvy, but tight. Although Jennifer Aniston has great muscle tone, without being over the top.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I don't know. I roll out of bed at five thirty and just go-unless I have been up all night with the baby, there is no option of not going.

The guidelines for the diet follow Michi's Ladder pretty closely. Getting a majority of cals from Lean proteing, complex carbs and "good" fats. No refined sugars or flours nothing processed & of course lots of water =) Just type in Michi's Ladder in google and you can get a good idea from that.
SexiMama, you can do it.... You Hubby will love it, you'll love it & you'll be an inspiration to your children.
Consistancy is the KEY... Training, Diet & Cardio.

Thanks ^^ P90X is great! I just started Phase III of the program and it is going quite well. I can't really say anything more than what the website already says lol and it does EVERYTHING it promises if you stick to the workout and diet they give =)
