Hey sew....saw your progress charts, way to go man, you have found the right people to help you meet your goals...tons of supportive people, keep working hard and eat a clean diet and you will hit those goals !!! Keep in touch. clc.
Believing in yourself can at times be difficult, so what I encourage people to do is to set small, attainable goals so that they don't feel they have to climb the mountain in just one stage. Mt. Everest climbers do not get to the top in a single climb and it’s the same with fitness. This is a lifetime thing and the benefits are well worth the effort. Enjoy the journey and I look forward to you having great results.
No matter what happens, just focus on the positive comments. There's no such thing as failure in the battle of the bulge, just regrouping and coming at it at a new angle
I have a client who started out at 530 lbs and is now down to 385. When he first started he was too embarrassed to walk into the gym alone so I went with him and now he is working out 4 times a week twice with me and twice by himself. Believe in what you can accomplish.
Keep challenging yourself and you will get to where you want to be. The secret if there really is one is in eating 5 or 6 clean, small, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3 -4 times per week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. Do that and the diet pill mfg'ers will soon be out of business. All the best for ’08.
You love to lift? What bags of chips? Dude it shows you are gaining weight. You need to get on a good program and hit some hard cardio and get the weight DOWN.
