A buddy of mine had been training for 5 years, "Arnold style" and I watched him grow from "Stick" to "THICK", in a good way. So I started doing research and training. Then got injured and gave up a bit of hope....ate crappy...and stopped training.
Now I'm back.
Why I Love It:
THE RESULTS.
THE STRENGTH.
THE ANGER MANAGEMENT.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'M WORKING ON THAT.
PICS AND ARTICLES OF BODYBUILDERS.
In August of 2003 I started lifting weights in hopes of becoming an amateur bodybuilder. I continued learning and growing until I was stopped dead in my tracks by a bad rotator cuff injury which was pinching lots of nerves and creating numbness in my arm and hand. I still occasionally get the numbness, but i found that if I drop certain exercises and angles from my training, it doesn't bother me as much.
Regardless, the reason i've now created a Bodyspace profile is to keep track of my progress
while finding encouragement, inspiration and motivation. AT MY BEST PHYSIQUE STRUCTURE....I weighed about 160 pounds at about 13-15% bodyfat.
That was the best I ever looked (2003).
NOW, I'm 202 pounds at about 28% bodyfat. I'm 5'6"
by the way, this is NOT GOOD.
If ANYONE has ANY advice, ideas or stories they'd
like to share, I'd be more than appreciative for it. The bottom line is:
TIME FOR ME TO GET ON TRACK!

Hey, thanks for all the info, really interesting cause I eat dirty, lol. I guess that is why I have such a hard time loosing the weight. Now is this healthy and have you felt strong or weak? I am not into fad diets, they seem to hurt more than do any good. If this works for you please let me know, seeing is believing. How often do you work out, maybe I should read your profile. Thanks again and much results on you efforts. Doris
