How I Started:
I was active and training hard all of my life, until a serious knee injury ruined my athletic aspirations. I eel in the pit for a few years, but now I'm training hard and trying to get back on the path.
Why I Love It:
It feels so good! On that note, it's amazing how hard it can be to stick with something that feels so damn good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures and videos of my favorite athletes, and athletic women. ;)
I went out for my usual 30 minute bike ride this morning. I alternated between riding as fast as possible, and something more manageable. When I got home I figured it was a good time to start the RossTraining 50 Day Program. So here we go:
I wake up at 6 am and I either do 30 minutes of boxing or go for a bike ride. Coupled with martial arts training four to five days a week. For weights, I'm giving Power90x a try.
