Give me 10 weeks! I been down this road before. Get lazy, lose motivation, drink beer eat unclean and then I can't stand it anymore and I get back into the gym!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends, are we talking about my warm up set? If so then it is 12-15. 2nd set is 8-19 last set is 4-6.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
a minute. No reason and I am guessing on that time. I just get up and walk over to the drinking fountain in between each set.

Hey man thanks for the add I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc
