I started out, by going to the gym with my dad, soon i was addicted to getting stornger and feeling pumped!
Why I Love It:
It keeps me in shape, i love all the benefits that you get from it, it releives stress, etc.

Goal (Long):
Bodybuilding is just part of my training, i train in MMA, jiu jiutsu, and wrestling. Just like any other part of my training i take bodybuilding seriously, i want to improve in my phisique in the way that it would benefit me in fighting. I also want to be ripped/slim!!! And findally do all of the above without supliments, i dont have anything against protene or vitamins, but i think that createne, anibolics, and everything stronger are bad for your health...i choose to build my body naturally, just watching my diet.
nice body man, i feel like im lokin to my self :) ur body looks so much like mine with the same high and same wieght , just try to lose more Fats and build more muscles, keep on it dude.
