Wow thanx for that wondersul comment, you look great yourself! I've began working out in 2006...but wanted to bump it up a notch so I began researching building a bit of muscle on my own and then meet some people who have been helping me along the way. I only really began training serious last year in the summer. I hope I can gain enough courage to get up on a stage!
