Overall Goal:  I want to continue building muscle but my main goal for the summer is to lose the fat around my midsection. No one cares about a 2 pack and obliques without the others. Lower abs need work.

Fit Status:  Hopefully a new gym and a new workout partner will get me back to where I need to be. My abs are screaming.

I started lifting for track my junior year of high school and never looked back.

Personal goal setting, healthy lifestyle, positive attitudes.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's tough but sites like this and videos keep me going to the gym. I'm always glad I did when I'm done.
BB Accomplishments:
I've come from a scrawny 160 lb. teenager to a 208 lb. lifter. Now I just want to lose the little bit of body fat around my midsection.

Well I put on about four pounds over graduation weekend with my mom in town from Phoenix and all that comfort food; enchiladas, spaghetti, and steak neil.  Been back on track for two days now and feeling better. This week needs to be serious for me to get back on track and making progress.

Hey bro. check out animal pack.com in their forums. they hav diet, training, supplements sections. they dnt push products and thier no b.s.. real guys trying to get big giving real advice. let me know what you think
