though it is difficult and frustrateing i remember i have set goals and i know the only way i will reach them is if i a work hard over time to accomlish something great..eventhough it is easy to get discouraged theres always next time...no need rushing things.

JohnButz I think the tried and true basics are best. Squats, deadz, dips, pull-ups, presses etc. Bill Starr's 5x5, Max-OT, basic programs that build strength. Aug 28, 2011 11:20pm
