How I Started:
Started working out to get ready for football season and after I started getting results and feeling good; I just got hooked. I want to have to best body I can. I am steroid free and pro-hormone free.
Why I Love It:
It's all about hard work and discipline. Not much is better than getting in the gym and just spending an hour or so focus solely on moving iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the results and I still have alot of size to gain. My ipod keeps me motivated sometimes and hoping to compete soon keeps me motivated.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Taking their ego to the gym and just putting too much weight on the bar.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlifts because alot of dummies try to do them and do them all wrong.
