I first started training in Feb. 2009 for my wedding in May. I loved my results so much and my Trainer was great that I told her I always wanted to try bouldbuilding and she thought I could do it so in Aug. I started training.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body change shape and I feel like I am getting back the body I had while I was competing in sports many years ago. My energy levels are up and I am feeling great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am hoping to compete in my first bodybuilding all natural competition this Oct. so that is keeping me motivated.

I think I am going to pass on this Oct. competition. I just don't think I will be ready and this fat does not seem to be "melting" away :( there is only so much I can do and I am really trying but I do not want to show up not ready, im going to keep training like im doing the show and that way...
