Workout Program:
Here's the broad strokes . . .
Monday - chest and delt
Tuesday - legs (quad, ham, and calf)
Wednesday - REST
Thursday - back
Friday - Bi, Tri, and abs
Saturday - Sprints

Overall, the volume is pretty moderate with fairly low rep-ranges (4 to 8), except for legs. My training partner(s) and I believe in a little higher volume and reps for lower body development and knee health.

I'll add to this as we settle into our new program.
