Yeah pretty much. You gain mass when you rest, and your muscles rebuild themselves. Give your body the nutrients it needs to grow, exercise and microscopically tear the muscles, and then allow it the rest/time it needs to rebuild the damage and you'll grow!

Heya! It's going great! Loving life right now, looking forward to the future. What about you? How is your diet and training going? Struggling with cravings still, or have they subsided now that you've detoxed your body from all the man-made preservatives/sugars?

It's about damned time! :p That's good though... hopefully you benefit from it the way I did. I probably won't be lifting weights again anymore... I decided I don't want the "bodybuilder" type of look... I just want to be athletic and healthy :)

lol, hey TPT! Even if you had xray vision and could see inside of the gym, you probably wouldn't have found me in there lol! I'm down to 175 lbs and haven't worked out in a long time. Taking a break :)
