How I Started:
Well I got started after I realized that my shirt and pants were a litle to tight, I made the coment to a co-worker and he said: you'll have to go a size up! and instanly I said NO what I HAVE to do is loose this wheigt, mi life changed since.
I would do some type of cardio 3-4 days a week. Steady-state, HIIT, resistance complexes. Whichever you enjoy. I like weight training at least 5 days a week, do bodypart splits (chest/tri, back/bi, shoulder/trap, legs, arms, weak point).
