How I Started:
I started working out at my highschool's gym when I ditched classes or events and I started loving the sensation it left u after a good work out
Why I Love It:
Because it feels great been able to lift weights not much people are able to lift. Keeps me healty and strong, not to mention looking good :P.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching videos of great bodybuilders. Like Ronnie Coleman,Jay Cutler,Arnold,Sergio etc. Watching them bust their asses in the gym with those weights motivates me to get where they are or were.
BB Accomplishments:
Been able to Squad 300 pounds 6 times and lifting with my calves 405 pounds having olny 20 years and not knowing how to eat right or lift properly.
