US Army, began physical training continued to strength train, cardio, assist others in improving.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good. I have reached goals I never thought possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay active with the NPC by staying current and competing often. I always review the latest contest information for those still competing at the age of 50 or more. I am 55.
BB Accomplishments:
Started first contest in Sep 2003: Central Regional Championships: Placed 2nd, have continued to compete a couple of times a year and have always been fortunate enough to place in the Grand Masters Division
