How I Started:
I started working out because my health was deteriorating. Furthermore, being morbidly obese hindered my quality of life.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it helps me unwind after a stressful day. It also help me focus on new goals and provides me with tons of energy to enjoy life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the drastic changes on my body, my energy, endurance/strength levels and confidence keeps me motivated.

I want to complete my transformation by losing fat and gaining muscle.
Goal (Long):
My journey started April 2007 when I was faced with the decision of going in for weight loss surgery or try (one last time) to lose the super flab on my own. After long hours of thinking and listening to feedback from friends, family and experts I decided to try the traditional way one last time. Now, I'm glad I did!!
After a year of hard work on the nutrition and work out fronts, I'm ready to start reshaping my body. I have lost 126 pounds to date but this is only the start. My current goals are:
1) Lose at least 30 pounds of fat. Reach a %BF of at least 12-14%. Less would be great
2) Increase muscle mass to better define my physique.
3) Develop upper body strength and have well rounded shoulders and back!
4) Being able to do pull-ups/chin-ups =)

i know what you mean. i hit a wall with training about 2 weeks ago. Didnt look forward to working out at all. But now im loving it more than ever. We all have our slumps. Just gotta get past it i guess.
