How I Started:
I wasnt happy with my body and i wanted a change.
working out improved my strength, fitness, and my body shape
Why I Love It:
When i dont feel too good i go and workout and I get a really good feeling after i finish my workout and makes me feel happier
How I Stay Motivated:
i just keep thinking to myself that its just the beginning and theres a lot more to improve on.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained around 8kelos in around 9 months of working out and still gaining
