It's all about eating clean.......and X'in out: sugar, sugary sodas, sugary juices, all alcohol, all fast food, all sweets, and all fried food. High protein, moderate carb, low fat...24/7.
i try to stay away from bread more than anything...i eat maybe 2 slices of whole grain ever 3 or 4 days..
i dont use sugars, salts or condiments other than mustard and pepper...they are fat burners..
you know its ok to carb up one day per week to shock your body...
sweet potatoes, plain oatmeal, berries..
when dieting and workign out, eat a banana b4 u workout to stop cramps..
Hey man hanks for checking out my page. As far as cutting goes I wish there was some special trick I could give you , but for me it was all about ball busting work and a super clean diet. I tried to get lean for years but it wasn't till I started CrossFit workouts and The Zone Diet that it all came together. Do some research on CrossFit and The Zone, it works believe me.
