hey man.. hows your goals coming? creatine i'd say controlled labs green magnitude.. its a really good one that I think you'd like. As for protein, it depends. You are still trying to gain right? Gainer.. I like ON serious mass. I also heard Universal Real Gains is good. It also depends on your diet as well. I have a hard time getting my cals, so thats why serious mass works for me. Good luck!

sup man. yea im still working on bulking. I just got back from grocery shopping and probably spent $150+! Right now I'm drinking a pre workout supplement and im going to go hit legs and abs today. Yea sometimes I wish I had a spotter so I can lift heavier and have extra encouragement, but then I think how amazing it will be to hit my goals and say I did it all by myself. Keep it up man! keep me updated

Hey man, thanks for the comment! I actually stay lean by diet (low fat, moderate carb, high protein) and also I swim and surf alot so I get my cardio that way while working my upper body muscle groups!

Sup man, workouts going well. I've slowly started to notice good gains in mass and size. Diet is keeping strong and things are slowly getting there. How about you? How close are you to hitting your goals?

Thx Kendall for the suggestions! I'll decided to get some fish today and I ended up making a dish with rice, string beans, fish and chicken! Time to bulk up!
