Eat my way to 145 and maintain for a couple days then progress to 146lbs
Goal (Long):
Growing up I was short and thin. My drivers license says 5'5" 98lbs. I am now 5'10" 138ish lbs. I'd like to hit 145 lbs in a couple months if not sooner. I have a really fast metabolism and it is difficult for me to put on weight. I'd like to gain a couple more pounds in muscle, then keep setting a goal for myself. Ideally, I'd like to be about 150lbs.

I pack tuna, oatmeal, high protein cerial, skim milk, south beach microwave dinners, sweet potatoes, left overs, fruit, cottage cheese, protein drinks and bars, chicken breast...etc. I have a medium cooler. I put all kinds of stuff..lol

Couple years back I was at about 115....So yeah, super super tiny..no muscles at all just skin and bones pretty much.
