Started Track and field IN highschool because I wanted to drop some weight, got into lifting to get better at field events. Then got into martial arts and rugby in college.
Why I Love It:
Always wanted to be strong and love challenging myself to be stronger and be able to take more punishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being able to see my weights go up and being able to out work and out fight people 10 years younger.
BB Accomplishments:
Body building..none.
Eastern unbelted team 6 times.
..I WON II lost III lost IV WON V WON VI lost

"Did you tackle that trouble that came your way
With a resolute heart and cheerful?
Or hide your face from the light of day
With a craven soul and fearful?
Oh, a trouble's a ton, or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a truoble is what you make it.
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only HOW DID YOU TAKE IT?"

Hey Sensi, hows your New Year. Hey man, I am on an overdrive status kick with fitness and helping people get fit. I've started my FitDreams tip/questions of the week for you and whoever needs them. If you have something give me a shout out buddy. Later!
Yeah, that's actually something we're banking on is the fact that Im a really tubby 155 (comparatively speaking) and aren't that strong, but when I roll with the 45's I can pick them up and toss them around easily, so I scale well down to that. Here's to some abs!
Well, I don't start cutting until January, so I get to enjoy the holidays, but I have to try not to gain any body fat before then...its so hard with all those treats. I managed not to gain last year, so I think I can repeat that! How is your plan to get back to 262 by Xmas? Have a great weekend!
Local MMA. I'll probably be at 155 for it, but I dunno. We've been talking about me going to 145 cause I'm still rather soft at the 155 range so it's possible I'll be going down further in the future.
Hi J D...your comment made me giggle...I'm not single either...but I'm good at temp taking;) I'm a no nonsense kinda Doc... Good luck with the diet...holidays are so tough to stay on track
Yeah, eggnog is a killer on the diet. Competition is end of March. I start cutting in Jan. Glad I don't have to cut during the holidays...that would be sad. Good you are getting close to fully healed, that's awesome!
Hi, JD! Sorry for the delayed response. Been way too busy at work.
Thanksgiving was a great break. How about for you? Did you meet your challenge? Are you also on track for your Christmas goal?
