"Did you tackle that trouble that came your way
With a resolute heart and cheerful?
Or hide your face from the light of day
With a craven soul and fearful?
Oh, a trouble's a ton, or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a truoble is what you make it.
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only HOW DID YOU TAKE IT?"

Goal (Long):
I want to be potentialy competative in MMA type compotition and stay on the East Kingdom unbelts squad in an affective position. I would also like to maby be able to compete in some small powerlifting compotitions if I can drop my weight and keep and improve my strength to be competitive. Some strong man meets would be cool also.
The world IS FUBARed to the nith degree. This probibly comes as no suprise to the majority of people who read the stuff I ocasionaly spew forth on this place..but todays example gets my hair in a bunch. This country and western society as a whole is suffering a epedemic of larded out children...
I work out at lunch. There is a local gym near me thats ok, but it gets the job done. I have actually gained a lot of muscle. This summer, i will have more pix taken.
Hey! Not much up here other than working my ass off! LOL! We are having 2 barns built and Im on the site all day, every day till its done in July. i still lift and eat well. thank god for a cooler! LOL!
On your second question/post, I am doing more of an interval workout as opposed to what I was doing to drop 40 or so lbs and then I will start with more strength and plyometric stuff. I was watching the "Known World Rattan Symposium" that Calontir put on awhile back last night and got some really good ideas on building speed/stamina/agility etc. I work out on my pell every night doing different shot rotations and working on combinations. Duke Darius is from what Kingdom?
Actually it was taken at our Renfaire and that look is "Jesus Christ it's so f'ing hot in this black robe." ;)The robe I am wearing is my fighting robe and it's Trigger Cloth. My wife is finishing my linen one tonight which should be wonderful.
i love pairing the two. Makes me feel MUCH stronger working with my guys. Yes sometimes you work the wrong body part on class day like shoulders and you cant punch at all. But that comes with the territory. Just started Gracie Jujitsu too and ALL of those guys power lift.
Thanks for reading my blog. Yeah Im really focusing on my arms, I know they are tiny. always have been. I really think everyone just got freaked when the weight came off super fast and they began to worry something was wrong or I was doing something to my body to make it come off and some people still think that but I eat and eat and eat all the time. They are just haters thats all! Tons of haters out there! Thanks again.
Similarly, a health insurance will cover healing rather than prevention, even though prevention could be cheaper. Here is a Chinese story, shortened: a man asks a famous doctor if he is the greatest doctor in the world, since he cured so many illnesses. He answers that, no, his older brother is, but that few people know him because the people he takes care of never become sick.
