With a resolute heart and cheerful?
Or hide your face from the light of day
With a craven soul and fearful?
Oh, a trouble's a ton, or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a truoble is what you make it.
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only HOW DID YOU TAKE IT?"

I got the challange done at 1:51 pm after starting at 12:43. This was after finishing my regular workout of 16 combonations 5 times each and 45 minuets of chrdio on a bike watching a movie in the basement.
We did an eskrima form at blue. We are now starting to use the sword. We do a little weapons sparring, but must of it right now is handling and basic techniques. After I get the basics of the sword I will learn a sai kata. I am really looking forward to that.
lol! thank you John - the character/outfit is Silk Spectre II from Watchmen - that was a cute comment! Glad to hear your weekend went well - I enjoyed mine - now got to make up for lost time for taking a break. Hope your week goes well!
Hi, JD. Watched Enter the Dragon yesterday. It was nice that they had included Bruce Lee's philosophies in the expanded edition. Have you seen that version?
Thanks. I had my first couple of black belt classes this week. They were very eye opening. I am looking forward to all the new things I will be learning.
No, but no money to compete. So doing it now half way - some days fine, some days slacking. Hope to be able to train untill my situation will be better.
