How I Started:
To take control of my life, to finally make that right decision. To be in shape for my family, my son, to be able to keep up and have fun.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a great workout, your muscles are pumped, your feel energized. It totally boosts your confidence. And personally lifting 315lbs certainly does a number for ones ego.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realize that every trip to the gym, every cookie skipped every mile run is one step closer to a goal that once seemed so far out of reach.

I want to have tone, I want to feel confident. I'm older so I doubt I'll ever compete, not to mention I could probably never be as dedicated as one needs to be in order to be as cut and lean as you need to be to compete.

So Today I took a look at this place after about 10 months. Guess what I gained 9 lbs. So much for consistency. But...today is friday and for the last 3 days I did elliptical 3 consecutive days : 30 mins each morning @ 6am. And for 2 days consecutive I ran 30 mins (2.2 and 2.5 miles)...
