How I Started:
Actually became motivated to workout just to lose weight; but became involved in martial arts and personal training and absolutely loved it. :) so now, i'm focusing pushing and bettering myself.
Why I Love It:
working out is my escape. it makes me feel good when i accomplish goals. it's a healthy addiction :)
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by keeping track of my accomplishments. when i am capable of lifting heavier weights, or running faster and further, that's enough motivation to create a new goal and push myself harder :)
BB Accomplishments:
i want to tone major time! :) i used to be a lot more fit than i am now, and i just want to bring that back. losing fat, toning, and of course,ABS!! :)

I want to first lose about 15 pounds and tone major time. Parts of my body are really toned, and some parts aren't...so I need to make it 100% :)
Goal (Long):
When I want something, I hit it hard. I want to lose 10-12 pounds within the first 30 days :) Circuit training as well as lots of cardio. Strict well balanced diet... :) After the 30 days, when my 10-12 lb weight loss goal is attained, i'll focus on weight training with cardio mixed in....tone will be my focus more than weight loss!!!

Way to go. You have been on the Body for Life program for about 1 month and you have already lost 12 pounds. That is fantastic. Are you taking your measurements? I ask because seeing how many inches you have lost is another great way to check on how well you are doing. I am so very happy for you and quite proud that you have been sticking with the program and working so hard. Stay strong and may God bless.

She followed and really enjoyed the Body for Life nutrition program. It has you eating a lot actually and even gives you 1 "cheat" day per week while still giving you great results. Let me know if you would like any further info as I would be happy to send it to you.

I know that you can achieve your goal because my wife (Bodyspace: Judimax) was where you are and in just 12 weeks she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 by following a great exercise, cardio and nutrition program. I was also able to lose a lot of weight in those same 12 weeks and now we look and feel better than we ever have.
