Thanks! I've done this so many times this year that it's become a way of life-lol...but this is the longest "stretch" I've had btw comps so staying faithful to everything has been more of a challenge. How's your training?

Thnks for the comment. I am IN THE ZONE. I found the daily rituals, workout and diet that work for me and it feels great! Looks like your doing something right...last 2 months you really jumped on your chart!!!

LOL, no secret bro, just brief infrequent and intense workouts, I take steroids and igf-1 also, but my training was productive b4 I used gear.
