awww well just train hard and eat, and you will be big, haha. I am doin good, I feel better now, just allergies from somethin in the air, it warmed up here and then I was sneezing like crazy, now its cooler and everything is ok now.
Lol, I will never be caught up at work! Always more to do! Been keeping steady with the workouts. Gosh, I'm so becoming a gym junkie! Can't stand to take a day off :)
yeah mt. i dnno what im gonna go into really, i dont want to limit myself to just one, but i think if i specilize in anything it will be parenatal and labour support
As for abs, they need to be trained like other muscle groups with some sort of weight resistance. they don't need much, but they do need some work. Beyond that, it's a matter of BF to see them. Think about it, you don't do set's of 50-10 reps of anything else and expect them to grow, do ya? Then why do people do that with abs? Train them like everything else, but not as much volume
As for the duration of the cut...it depends on if this is some sort of a contest cut or not. If this is a cut to just get to a decent BF, then I would 6-8 weeks of cutting at a time with a week or two at maintenance. If it's a contest prep, then there's no time frame - just get shredded
it has been a while! thats awesome that you are sticking to your cutting diet!! im jealous! lol.. ive been eating like a pig! gained some weight and BF and just feeling lazy. still making it to the gym to do weights tho, muscles are still building slowly but surely. cant wait for that progress pic!! :)
