How I Started:
MY step-father took me and my older brother to bodybuilding competitions when we were young and i was amazed and intrigued, but too lazy to do get there. then, when I turned 25 I decided to change my body composition. It's been a rollercoaster ride with my weight, i'll lose weight, gain it back etc. But, now i'm on a mission!!!
Why I Love It:
the good feeling after a great workout. seeing how my body responds to different workouts. As well as the attention i get at the club when i wear a shirt that's tight on my arms...lol
How I Stay Motivated:
the increase in strength and endurence. but mainly...laughing at my colleages during PT who can't keep up when they are half my age...lol

ok...so...i fell off the band wagon a bit...not because i simply got lazy. but, i actually injured myself trying to better myself as a marine. (go figure). shortly after my last blog entry, i contracted pyraformis syndrome in my right leg, which made it extremely hard to run, stand, march...
The weight is dropping slowly [ chart] and slow drop is best as i am sure you are aware. Good luck , marine corps is tough so the harshness of dieting is something you will adapt to.
