Thanks man for the tips and pointers . I am starting a new workout 2 alternating workouts done 5 days on 2 off and i started running an hour a day too boot. intense but awesome . I am going fro 8 % bf by April. I am at 14.5% now ... I was at 17.1 in August .. about half way there . I will try NO Shotgun ...How are ya ? how is the progress ?

It works good man. I was working out in the morning, doing Green belt at lunch and doing PT with the students in the afternoon and if I missed a day of the pack, I could tell.
