How I Started:
I started lifting weights back in school for football. After I graduated, I gained a bunch of weight and looked like crap. So I got back in to weight lifting, dropped the weight, and have been doing it ever since.
I came up with this routine after reading a bunch of Flex and Muscle and Fitness. It's been working very well for me. I added five pullups and got my 3 mile run time down to 21 minutes flat.
Day 1: (Delts, Traps, Neck, Lower Abs)
