This was about 7 months ago before I started getting serious about working out. Good grief, double chin, gut and everything! My triglycerides were high, blood pressure was high, cholesterol was horrible...and I was 23!!!! There was no excuse and now I'm determined never to be in that position aga ...
7 months later. Only lost 10 lbs but, replaced a lot of the fat with lean muscle. No more double chin and a lot less "gut" :P I still have a long way to go to reach my goal but, I'm healthier and happier!
Make progress on my bench press. Up my carido and get rid of those last few pounds!
Goal (Long):
Build lean muscle, live healthier, live happier!
I need to lower my blood pressure, my cholesterol and my triglycerides. I have heart disease and diabetes in my family, so i want to do my best to be as healthy as possible for my family :)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb

Ok, well i'm no expert with weight training but, this is the program that seems to work best for me.
I do cardio 6 days a week. I prefer the elliptical because it's no-impact and it gets my arms a little more warmed up.
I lift weights every other day. I do a whole body weight routine....
Same to ya bro, I am looking to get into a gym now since I can somewhat start to walk fast/jog... Lemme know if u and Brenda are interested in getting back into another gym as well.
