Started in highschool worked out for a long time...but ended up losing 20lbs from bootcamp..gained it back went to 29 palms for Mojave Viper and lost it all(MREs bite ass)In iraq went up to 180 from 167 and came home and kept going
Why I Love It:
i like to feel the pain and know im growing. I love being in shape and being ready to go
How I Stay Motivated:
i love the misery...plus i practically live at the gym so i get bored when im not there

Goal (Long):
1-I need to fill in the hole in my upper inner chest while building overall mass.
2-Need to work on my forearms for perfect symmetry
3-Need to hit my abs up and create more depth.
4-Hope to get up to 205 at least
5-Traps could get larger and shoulders need to be capped how they used to be.
