I used to body build back in my twenties and looked HOT! I loved working out and really enjoyed it. Then life throws you curves. I am now 46 and a 4 year breast cancer survivor. Even after cancer I just did not feel good about myself. I have lost 30 lbs but think mostly from the drama you go through. I am finally trying to wrap my head around getting my life back. I Just started back the end of August. Sore as heck. But trying to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
I love how my body shapes up. Since I was really cut back years ago, your muscle remembers and tends to respond quickly when you get back at it.

BB Accomplishments:
I recently got serious. I started on Halloween with a personal trainer. I am seeing great results. I am into clothes I have not worn in a while and my arms and legs are really showing form. I need to update photos. Will try to do that this week.
Well I had a huge set back. I was in a car wreck on March 1st and basically suffered a head trama and back injuries that set me back a month. I am finally back to working out and back in the Gym. Doing much better. Was just banged up a bit. But back at it!!!!
Monday: Lower body, 30 mins of cardio (rowing)
Tuesday: Hour of Cardio
Wednesday: Upper Body, 30 mins of cardio (staircase climbing)
Thursday: Hour of Cardio
Friday: Off day
Saturday: Lower Body, 30 mins of cardio
Sunday: Hour of Cardio

I'm very sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you're fully recovered now. It sounds like you're doing great with your diet and exercise though. Keep up the great work.
