How I Started:
One day I looked in the mirror and I felt anger on how I let myself go.I decided then to man up and whip my sorry ass into shape.Since January I have gone from 18% bodyfat to 11%.My next goal is 9% and I'm confident I'll achieve this.
Why I Love It:
I get a natural high.I'm a more positive individual when I feel fit and inshape.
How I Stay Motivated:
when I see my body transform on a weekly basis.

presently I have reached my goal of 11%bodyfat...my next milestone is 9%
Goal (Long):
I would like to firm up my ab area.I'm currently a 33 waist.I want to tirm down to a 32 waist.Would like to building muscle in my bi and triceps.I currently do my cardio at the college I attend.I do my free weight workout in my make shift gym in the basment.I also workout out on my 60 pd boxing bag.Excerise gives me a natural high.Lastly, I like to motivate people to want to live a healthy lifestyle.I respect all I come into contact with.....Peace

9am...1st meal...2 eggs,small bagel with tablespoon of natty p

12am....Snack ...about a half of cup of almonds or a large homemade protein bar

Work out...5 day split at least an hour

130pmAfter workout ....yogurt with some peanut butter...maybe cottage cheese

330pm Homemade...

Thanks for the comment! I'll be putting up new photos soon. Just need to get the bodyfat down another percent or 2. Then its bulking till Xmas!
