I really want to get ripped, im at 188 lbs at the moment when i started working out jan/9/2007 i was at 238 lbs...trying to manage my daily calorie intake, keeping the food as clean as possible. I have a routine i follow weakly, tryin to get ripped and be around 175-185 pounds with 10%bf or less.
