Started workin out back in high school, quit once I got out. Added pounds since then, and in April 07 cut them back off.
Why I Love It:
It tells me that as many people who want to do this and cant (read: wont) , and I AM doing it - it tells me that I can do anything if I want it bad enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results. If I didnt change I wouldnt keep doing it. The training is the easy part, diet is 85% of the 'work' I've found

Went from a fat 230lb to muscled 185lb, currently bulking to a (goal) of 220lb by November 2008. At this time my weight will determine which show i'll participate in during 2009.
You got some of the best tricep shots I've seen on here, so I gotta ask, do you have some special tricks that can help mine grow? I know genetics plays a part, but if you got an suggestions I'd sure appreciate it. It's one of my main problem areas.

weds and today i did chest, biceps, deltoids basically...i guess ima keep that up for mon, weds, and fri and on tues and thurs ima do legs! hows it goin for u bro?
