When I Started: Nov, 2006
How I Started: Started workin out back in high school, quit once I got out. Added pounds since then, and in April 07 cut them back off.
Why I Love It: It tells me that as many people who want to do this and cant (read: wont) , and I AM doing it - it tells me that I can do anything if I want it bad enough.
How I Stay Motivated: Results. If I didnt change I wouldnt keep doing it. The training is the easy part, diet is 85% of the 'work' I've found
