My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy

I believe that good, healthy nutrition is the most important part of building your lean muscles eat clean, stay lean !!

Meal 1 : (pre workout)
3 whole eggs- 1 sweet potato- 1/2 cup oat meal with milk- 1 scoop whey protein

Meal 2 : (post workout)
1 scoop whey protein- 1 scoop weight gainer

Meal 3 :
3 slices grilled chicken breasts- 1 cup brown rice

Meal 4 :
1 can tuna- 3/4 cup brown rice - mixed veg.

Meal 5 :
3 slices grilled chicken breasts - mixed veg.

Meal 6 : ( before bed)
200 grams plain zero fat yogurt - 1 apple - 1 scoop whey protein.

Without effective supplements, it would be hard to gain the lean muscles you want

When I firstly started, I used Twinlab Amino fuel liquid and Myofusion protein in my first month, they were okay, but I only gained about 1kg, as I was 53 kg,
I decided to change things up, increase my calories from raw food and use a weight gainer, I bought Russian Bear 10000, I gained 4 kg in about only 2 weeks!! only muscles !
That rapid increase made me think that I have to slow things down a little bit , so I bought Gold Standard Whey protein and Gaspari creatine monohydrate,
I decided to mix things together by only one scoop of my weight gainer mixed with whey after my workout, and 1 scoop of whey with breakfast, and another 1 scoop of whey before bed, till now.. things are going great and I'm having lean gains!
