have always kept fit but preferred cardio to weights, competed in a half marthon at the world fire + police games in March 2007 and lost alot of weight so started training heavy when I returned home to get more strength for work and life.
Why I Love It:
The results from lifting weights are amazing,I love the power I get from lifting heavy and the pump whilst training and the way my body is developing and transforming
How I Stay Motivated:
visualise how I want to look and think of standing stage in my teeny bikini! ha ha
BB Accomplishments:
3rd place in my first ever figur comp on 17th may 2008 with 6 weeks preparation time and done all by myself
to win the welsh ukbff on 13th sept and place top 3 in the british, get on stage this year with an extra stone of muscle!
Goal (Long):
I want to better my place in my next figure comp, whilst also developing a better body. I have now hired a coach who has been competing successfully for a number of years. The thrill of walking on stage in contest shape is amazing and I would like to qualify for my pro card next year and possbly compete for a year in the usa - the world awaits! and I want to experience as much as possible! I want to see just how much I can achieve and get stronger and better along the way.
