I gained 50-60 pounds with each pregnancy. I lost the weight that I gained but was left with a very "soft" body. My goal is to get a flat and toned tummy as well as lower my body fat. I would also like to get my legs more defined.

I usually workout 4-5 days per week. I run track for 20-30 minutes, the elliptical or stair machine for 15 minutes. Sometimes I do pilates (30 minutes) or weight training. I also incorporate jumping jacks, the plank, crunches on a balance ball and "Ripped to the core" by Jari Love.
