DEFINITION- CRAZY RIPPED

Want to lose 3-4 pounds and compete in first fitness pro comp!!

To stay motivated and keep training hard and follow my training program. Eventually i want to compete in Fitness/Bikini model competitions or in figure.

Goal: to build muscle

I want to maintain a fit lifestyle and figure so i will always look younger than i actually am :)

Is fitness next?

Continue to eat 4-5 small meals per day and cut back on binging. Train 5-6 days per week.

Training several girls for the National shows this year- lots of makeup to do as well! Very excited to travel again and meet new people. Also will be hosting a few webcasts again with bb.com, including the 2008 Mrs., Fitness and Figure Olympia compet

Okay- lost 85 pounds and now it is time to get that HARD body!

Finding myself.

I would love to comepte in the Carla Sanchez Fitness Fiesta Competition this October in Denver and also the CYTOCharge Rocky Mountian Body Building Fitness and Figure Classic! This would be my first competition and a huge dream of mine.
