Overall Goal: I want to add significant thickness to my legs and back for another competition in fall 2010.

How I Started:
I was very active in team sports in high school. The summer after I graduated, I started lifting with some fellow lifeguards. Loved the feeling and the positive feedback I got from being in shape.
Why I Love It:
Mental relaxation. It is like a separate life from what defines you professionally. It is such a great outlet of energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Try not to be satisfied with level of fitness. Always look for new standards to try to achieve (this site certainly provides examples of those standards).

had a solid back workout yesterday. started with 6 sets of pullups to failure (3 wide grip, 3 close grip), then bent over t-bar rows for 4 heavy sets and 1 burnout. then we hit seated cable rows for 4 heavy sets to failure and 1 burnout. finished with assisted pullups for 3 sets. really trying...
Nice new pic and thanks for the kind words. I think since you are eating now that you should post some progress pics of that transformation when you are little less superherolike. On that note, how about we grab Randy and go eat some fried oreos.

Great new avi pic......thanks for the props on me being inspirational....but I get alot of satisfaction in helping people...."paying it forward" as they say.....and to see people that I have encouraged to get on the stage is just down right AWESOME to witness and brings it full circle.
Bro, I haven't been in touch for awhile...obviously your training is going great...looking shredded! It's good to see you're competing! I've rededicated myself to training hard in the gym...now I'm really inspired...later
