I trained Basketball, TaekwonDo, mountainbiking and danced on theather musicals however I never gained mass or reduced my stomach size. In some periods of my life I started to go to the gym also but there were reasons I stopped, like moving to another city, friends stop going, getting a master degree, etc. The longest time I spend frequently on a Gym was probably 4 months. I don't look fat, my height is 5'9" and my weight has always fluctuated between 154 to 176 lbs. However since I was a kid I have always a stomach that is not flat, I tried abs on highschool, however something happened,...
