I work out with a friend of mine at school, and my little brother at home. We keep each other accountable, you have a spotter you can trust, and the competition encourages you to work harder.
How many days per week do you do cardio?

I don't seem to have lost too much off my bench. This was more difficult than I remember, but it wasn't that bad.
Overhead Press:
95x10(3 sets) - this almost killed me. I haven't been...
