How I Started:
I originally started weightlifting in high school, mostly sport specific weight training and it was always a hobby. Unfortuneately I was hit by a drunk driver last year which left me with moderate nerve damage in my back and left leg - restricting a lot of compound movements - as a result I got fat, I didn't realize how fat until I got some vacation pics back this week.
Why I Love It:
There is no better feeling than a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm starting this record for motivation, I think the pictures will be quite motivating.
I've now lost over 40 lbs and I'm down to 205. I thought I would have hit a wall by now, but I've still been dropping weight and will continue until I stall out and then reasses where I'm at and if I should switch to cardio maintenance and start lifting seriously again.
