HotStrawberry JE's program is great! I followed her diet plan very strictly, and lost about 15 pounds. I wasn't really trying to do that because I wasn't over-weight, but the body fat just melts off you. And the workouts are very intense if you stick to the 1 minute rests and use the right weights.
