My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Between Oct 2010 & June 2011 I lost 50lbs. In the last year I've consciously added 25lbs back & dropped BF, add for another couple of months

I pretty much eat the same thing everyday, weekends less (unfortunately, working on that). My diets is 90% organic, grain, legume, dairy & refined sugar free.  

 

Upon rising - litre of water, tsp physillim husk, tblsp organic Spirulina 

Breakfast - 2 tblsp raw almond butter, scoop egg protein powder, cocao nibs, 1 banana, 1 apple.

Lunch - 1 chicken breast, 2 cups green beans

Preworkout - slice sweet potato, walnut & date bread (I make this with almond meal, coconut flour, egg protein powder, eggs) 

Dinner - veggie omelette - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, mushrooms, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 red pepper, spinach.

Crunches - 4 x 30 Seated cable machine  - 4 x 30 @ 40lbs Seated incline DB Curls - 4 x 20 @ 15lbs Bench push-ups 4 x 30 45mins cardio This will be intersting.........see how the back holds up.

sec0107 Yesterday, found out herniated disks L4&5 and S1, been bit sore of late :-) Work around in planning.

  • never had any of that, but had 3 spinal injections before the Perc Discectomy! . As for you,, you have to do what works. Hope it feels better soon. Well it could be sexy,,, let us decide, send some pics,,, LOL.
