Between Oct 2010 & June 2011 I lost 50lbs. In the last year I've consciously added 25lbs back & dropped BF, add for another couple of months
I pretty much eat the same thing everyday, weekends less (unfortunately, working on that). My diets is 90% organic, grain, legume, dairy & refined sugar free.
Upon rising - litre of water, tsp physillim husk, tblsp organic Spirulina
Breakfast - 2 tblsp raw almond butter, scoop egg protein powder, cocao nibs, 1 banana, 1 apple.
Lunch - 1 chicken breast, 2 cups green beans
Preworkout - slice sweet potato, walnut & date bread (I make this with almond meal, coconut flour, egg protein powder, eggs)
Dinner - veggie omelette - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, mushrooms, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 red pepper, spinach.
