Everythings goin good now. been out of the gym babying my shoulder, got back in there today and it felt pretty good. lost a little, well alot of strength but ill get it back. Hows urs goin?

I am still a novice gardener. Had my first veggie garden last year and loved it! Planted about a week ago when it was 80 and, of course, had frost over the weekend. Darn Ohio weather! I think everything survived :) Training is good. She measured me and I took 2 inches off my waist, added an inch to my thighs and 1/4 inch to my arms YEAH!!Talk about motivating! How is everything with you?

Hi! Doing good here. I find myself working in my garden more than working out but I am still getting in 3 days a week. Starting to see changes. PT measured me again and in 6 weeks I lost 2 inches off my waist, added an inch to my thighs and a 1/4 inch to my arms. Now THAT is motivating! Glad to hear you are back into things. Keep it up and you will be back where you were in no time! :)
Hi there! Well, the weather here has been unseasonably warm...85 days and 60 nights...so I haven't been on much lately. Only supposed to last until Wednesday, though. Still keeping up with the workouts and eating. How have you been?
Hi! The flu this year is def hard to shake. Glad you are finally feeling better :) Thanks for the tip on the oats. I tried milk and brown sugar, but honey sounds even better. The texture reminds me of tapioca pudding. I like it. I had a bad workout week, didn't get enough sessions in, but I see my PT tonight so I am sure she will get me back in gear!
