How I Started:
When I was a junior in my basketball-league, I was invited by a pro-team to be on their team. Because the pro-level was much more physical, I had to become stronger myself.
Why I Love It:
When youre noticing that youre getting stronger and bigger, its makes you feel real good about yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing improvement is enough motivation for me, just try to get better and better.
