awesome profile pic / progress shot. Good that your arms are still big with good shape but your torso is a huge change. Coming off the right places. 30lbs in next few months. Big task but I reckon you can do it dude. Keep strong. I've had a bad couple of months. Had flu and lost about 20lbs. Put 7 back on and back in the zone now though.

cheers bro, not any more. I've done thai and kick since I was 16 (on and off) but decdided to dedicate 2009 to bodybuilding and see where I can get. I may get back into it next year though. I was thinking about giving mma a go. Well done with your progress so far. Cant beat thai boxing for losing fat.

how's it going big man? Loving the bulking attitude. I'm gutted I gotta ease off for a month. Then it's bulking all the way up through christmas. Need another half stone by then.

hey dude, how's it going? Just thought I'd check in on you. Looks like that weight graphs still moving in the right direction. Got a good steady downward line there. Well done. My mrs just started dieting after a baby 18 months ago. I always think it's much harder cutting than bulking. Respect to you guys. Stay strong.

I'm in two minds. Sometimes I think I'd like to connect up between my shoulders and go down my spine with something. But part of me likes to be able to see how much definition I've got there as it's a pretty good indication of how lean (or not lean -lol) I am. Or maybe I'd like something on one of my hamstrings. Or a real big band around my upper leg. What you think?

Trust the mirror, the scales will deceive you. Muscle is sexy and heavy, fat is light and not. Your doing really well.
