How I Started: Same as most people, was very skinny to start with (10 stone 10ibs) and wanted to get big!
Why I Love It: Its great when people notice your achievements, keeps you strong and fit and i enjoy it!
How I Stay Motivated: By comparing myself to other people that are bigger and in better shape makes me train harder. Also unfortunatly mid 2007 i got a hernia and had to have an operation to repair it, i was gutted by the setback and had a couple of months off but that gave me more motivation to do well.
BB Accomplishments: went from 150ibs to 250ibs in 3 years, and have the same measurements now at 215 (apart from waist which is a hell of a lot smaller!)

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Carb cycling! 7 weeks into diet..
Goal (Long): My current goal is to diet down to be the leanest i can be, ive been training for 7 years and have not yet put effort into the dieting aspect of bodybuilding, i have always had an urge to compete in a bodybuilding show but wont know if im ready for that until i have reached my goal. In the long term i would like to improve myself overall and acheive 18" arms naturally and build my legs up as they are lagging behind!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%

Man I know what pain you went thru with that hernia. I'm just getting over a double hernia and have been off from work for two months. Good luck on your goals!
