broyston Well, keep me posted :) I'm just hoping to stay away from injections and surgery which I know I can do. I'm great if I stay on top of my PT/stretching stuff which annoys me...feels so unproductive. Lol I seem to still do pretty good with pretty intense workouts that many couldn't handle so that is encouraging. BTW, why no pics? May 31, 2012 10:14pm

broyston I like your sense of humor.lol Sounds like youre doing all the right things to heal yourself. I somehow seem to be doing pretty good with that...doing a little PT and still hittin the gym pretty hard but cant run as much as Id like and obviously stay away from deadlifts...hence my deep squats...just not a very good replacement. Still have sciatica craziness on and off but dealing :) What else is new with you? May 30, 2012 9:46pm

broyston You are too kind with your words on my heli pic. I have to say ....not in training...been working with this heli for 7 years and LOVE it.
